How to Fix Placement of Blocks on a Basic Page

After your site has been migrated there may be instances were a block isn't in the correct position on a page.

1. Navigate to the page you need to fix and click the Layout link in the blue toolbar
2. Locate the block on the page that is in the wrong position
3. Click and drag the block to the correct position
4. Scroll to the top and click the "Save layout" link in the blue toolbar
