Form Conditionals

If your form is used to launch to Docusign workflows, you may request additional support for that feature by contacting the IT Service Center at oithelp@colorado.edu or 303-735-4357.

The previous version of Web Express included some form conditionals that are no longer available.

These conditionals allowed a form field value to be set based on the value of another field.

This should not be confused with the conditionals used to hide or reveal form fields, or the ability to route an email to a particular address based on the value of a particular field.
