Fixing Form Emails

Forms that are configured to send emails upon submission will require the email handlers to be fixed in order to properly send the email.

Upon migration, many of the configurations were set to an incorrect "default" value. You can identify these by looking at the email handlers:

There's possibly three configurations that may need to be fixed. Start by navigating to Structure > Webforms > Forms. Click on the Build link for each form, then click Settings, then Email/Handlers.

From Email Address

To fix this, just change it to the default value:

Emails will not send if this isn't changed.

Email Subject

To fix this, either select the default option, or provide a new custom value.

Email Body

To fix this, just change it to the default value.

Even though emails may not have been sending, the submission information is still being captured by the site. Once you've fixed the email handlers for each form you can resend submissions.
