User Doesn't Have Assigned Roles After Logging In
If a user doesn't have the roles set when they were invited to a site, it may be because they had already logged into the site before receiving an invite. This means there is usually now two accounts for the user on the site - one account will show their name as their username and the other will show their identikey. The roles set during the invite process will be added the account with the duplicate account with the identikey username.
To fix this issue, site managers can cancel the account with the identikey username, then add the roles to the account with the real name.
