Duplicate Form Submissions

We're recently seen an issue where using the "Inline" option for form confirmation settings will cause duplicate submissions to be recorded when a form is submitted.  Until we can find out more about why this setting is causing this issue, we would recommend using the "Page" or "Message" option instead.
