Administrative Menu
Once you invited to a site as an editor and logged in, you will see the Web Express admin toolbar on top of the page. Users with different permission levels will see the links associated with the permissions they have on the site.
The main administrative menu consists of the following menu links; Content, Structure, Configuration, People, Reports and Help,
The Shortcuts menu contains links to most accessed admin pages such as Add Content. Lastly there is a link to your user profile that has the log out button.
Main Admin Menu
Content: This takes you to lists of content and media you've created.
Structure: This is where you access the navigation and hierarchy of your site, as well as taxonomy and forms.
Configuration: This is where you can select CU Boulder site settings and set up your site information and change your design options.
People: This is where you'll find a list of editable site users and where you'll invite new site users.
Reports: See the status report of your site for any broken links, unused blocks and forms.
Help: Access the help widget to search tutorial or email support with questions.
Shortcuts Menu
The Shortcuts menu is customizable. You'll start with the default set of shortcuts, Content and Add content. You can remove the existing shortcuts and replace them with links to administrative pages that you use most often or create your own content links.
- Manage the shortcuts toolbar by clicking Edit shortcuts in the shortcuts menu dropdown.
Note: When you edit the shortcuts toolbar, you are only editing it for your account. It will not change the toolbar for other editors on the site.
