Third-party Services

Web Express has the ability to add some approved services to your site. These services include LiveChat, Service Cloud (Salesforce), and Status Page.

Services may require a license.

Adding a Service Widget

1. To add a service, such as a LiveChat chat widget, navigate to: Configuration > CU Boulder site settings >Third-party services. This requires you have the Site Manager role.
2. Choose the service from the list.
   1. Enter additional service information if required.
3. Choose what pages the service widget will appear on.
   1. Specific pages only
   2. Sitewide with the option to exclude specific pages
4. Click the save button.
