Block Styles
There are several blocks that allow you to design and change the display properties of a block.
Blocks with Block Styles: Text Block, Hero Unit, Expandable Block, Events Block, Content Sequence, Content List Block, Content Grid, Content Row, Collection Grid, Image Gallery, People List, Slider block,
Apply Custom Settings
- Click on the Styles tab.
- Icon Settings: option to add an icon to the block title and configure the position, color, and size.
- Icon: Use the search feature to locate the icon you would like to use. See some examples of the icons on Web Central Demo site or visit the Fontawesome Icons site.
- Position: default, offset, top
- Color: gray, gold, blue, green, orange, purple, red, yellow
- Size: default, increase
- Block Heading: Use this setting to put your content in the proper reading hierarchy first. Always make sure the page content is structured properly for accessibility. Then you may change the font size of the title for emphasis.
- Heading: Select the proper reading hierarchy (H2, H3, H4)
- Alignment: default, centered
- Style: default, Hero, Hero Bold, Supersize, Supersize Bold
- Block Style: option to add a colored background, outline or underline style.
- Background style: white, gray, dark gray, tan, light blue, medium blue, dark blue, light green, brick, outline, underline
- Block Typography: option to scale the font size on the title and content in a block.
- Title Font Scale: default, increase, decrease
- Content Font Scale: default, increase, decrease
- Click Save.
