Invite Site Editors
You may invite anyone who has a CU Boulder Identikey to have access to your site. A site invitation email may also be customized with instructions or information specific to your site.
Note: To invite a new user to the site, you will need to use an individual's identikey. If an individual does not know their identikey, OIT has more information on how to find your identikey name.
Navigate to the User Invite Page
- Using the admin menu: select People > Invite Users.
Complete the User Invite Form
- Choose the Role that you want your invited user to have.
- Enter a CU Boulder User IdentiKey. You may invite multiple users of the same role using a Comma-separated list.
- Include a Custom message if desired.
- Click Send Invite.
