Grant Edit Access for Particular Pages
You can grant users editing access to particular pages on your site. This would mean that a user could edit the page you grant them access to, but they would not have access to edit anything else on the site. However, there are limitations to this:
- You can only grant access to person pages and basic pages. For example, giving a faculty member access to edit their own person page.
- Only one user can be given access to a page. All Content Editors and Site Managers will still have editing access.
- Users can only edit the pages they have been given access to. They cannot create or place blocks, add files, etc.
