Form Permissions

There are two add-on roles related to forms, Webform Editor and Webform Submissions Viewer. The Site Manager may assign these roles to users on their site who will create webforms or just view submissions. This add-on role is available for Site Editors and Edit-My-Own users. 

The Webform Editor role may create new forms on the site, edit forms and view form submissions. The Webform Submissions Viewer may only view form submissions.

Create and Edit Form Permissions

1. May be assigned to any user with a core role.
2. May create new forms.
3. May edit any form.
4. May view form submissions.

View Submissions Permission

1. May be assigned to any user with a core role.
2. May view form submissions.
