Close a Form

The form settings page allows a webform's status, attributes, behaviors, labels, wizard settings and preview to be customized

Close via Form Page

If you have placed your form on a form page, you may close the form from the form page

1. Navigate to the page you'd like to update, and enter the Edit mode for the page.
2. In the Form Page Webform section where you added your form,
3. Under Status select Closed.
4. The form will not be visible on the page and a message will display saying "Sorry… This form is closed to new submissions."

Close via Form Settings

Closing a form from the form settings over rides the Form Page status. If the Form Page status is Open but the form is closed to visitors, then you will need to change the form status in the form settings.

1. Using the admin menu: select Structure > Webforms.
2. You will see the list of forms on the site.
3. Click dropdown arrow next to the form you wish to close and select Settings.
4. Select the Form tab.
5. Change the Form status by clicking on the Closed radial button.
6. Scroll down and click Save.
